Each drilling unit integrates multiple vertical and horizontal drill bits, covering three‑in‑one connectors, hinge holes, dowel holes and other standard cabinet‑furniture hole patterns. It handles both large cabinet panels and small narrow workpieces, solving the low‑efficiency pain point of frequent drill‑head movement on multi‑hole boards.
Matched with U‑shape gripper with blow‑off dust removal, air‑floating worktable and integrated heavy‑duty machine bed, dual‑drilling‑unit setup keeps stable precision under long‑time continuous production. It can work as standalone drilling cell or integrate into full‑auto furniture production line for Industry‑4.0 smart‑factory projects.
