EXCITECH Vertical Panel Storage System
Description
EXCITECH vertical storage systems complete the smart factory material flow: raw panels are stored, sorted and supplied to production cells automatically, replacing manual panel feeding and intermediate warehousing. The system includes the high-bay Vertical Storage (12-45m long, 6-12m wide), the Vertical Raw Material Warehouse (12/18/24/30m) that connects the raw material end with the machine end under visualized management, the Panel Storage for flat warehouse functions, and vertical/horizontal sorting units that handle multi-spec, high-frequency, flexible production. According to order information, the system switches between pallet assembly for cutting and panel warehousing at any time to match production takt. In- and out-of-storage operations are quick, accurate and easy, and stock details are updated in real time. With RGV/AGV guided vehicles, raw panel supply runs unattended as a customized batch production solution, while the EXCITECH MES central control monitors machine status, orders, production data and planning from mobile devices.
