Third, the main functions
per-milling unit
1. The per-milling device adopts a diamond per-milling cutter, and the cutter specification is φ 125 * H35 * φ 30 (the height can be upgraded). Motor power: 2.2KW*2 (3.7kw can be upgraded).
2. Re-decorate the ripple marks, burr edge collapse or non-vertical phenomenon caused by the cutting of the board saw to achieve better edge sealing effect. So that the bonding between the edge banding strip and the plate is closer, and the integrity and aesthetics are better.
3. Efficient dust collection system can quickly discharge the cut sawdust.
Glue coating unit
(Two-color PUR+ laser seal)
The machine is equipped with two sets of sol systems of two-color PUR and laser sealing, and the laser sealing with 3KW rectangular spot is standard, which can drive at high speed (compared with competing products, it can only seal edges at low speed)! Boot is sealed, real zero glue line!
Servo single channel tape feeding
All laser seals are equipped with servo tape feeding, which is accurate and reduces the loss of edge sealing tape.
Edge unit
1. The material pressing mechanism is pressed by the pressing wheel, including one large pressing wheel (driving wheel) and four small pressing wheels (driven wheel, without power).
2. The high-precision large pressure wheel and the gluing wheel operate synchronously to ensure the compaction effect. The small pressure wheel is divided into two upper and lower cone wheels and two straight wheels, and the upper and lower cone wheels ensure the adhesion between the edge banding belt and the edge of the work piece.
3. Each pinch roller can adjust the angle independently to reduce the glue line. There are independent pressure control valves for large and small rollers.
