As the front-end module of the EXCITECH Smart Nesting Cell, it realizes fully digital sheet storage, retrieval and inventory management.
Driven by a 3-axis robotic arm and dedicated central control software, it drastically reduces workshop space usage, cuts manual labor demand, and connects smoothly with downstream CNC nesting equipment to form a closed-loop automated material flow.

Important requirement: Panel surfaces must be flat, free of dust, oil stains and air holes to ensure reliable vacuum suction.

A: Yes. The system is equipped with standard communication interfaces and can be integrated with mainstream CNC nesting machines and production conveying systems. It achieves optimal compatibility and performance when paired with EXCITECH smart nesting cells.
2. Q: Does the storage capacity change with panel thickness?
A: Yes. The 840-sheet total capacity is based on standard 18mm particle board. For panels of other thicknesses, the total storage quantity will increase or decrease accordingly.
3. Q: Do you provide installation and operator training?
A: Yes. We provide on-site installation, commissioning and basic operation training. The central control software features an intuitive interface, and warehouse staff can master daily inbound/outbound operations after short-term training.
