Excitech CNC EF480 Edgebander is an automated equipment designed for panel furniture production. 1. Basic Adaptability The EF480 is applicable for processing panels with a thickness of 10-60mm, and compatible with edgebanding tapes of 0.4-3mm thickness (including PVC, ABS, solid wood strips and other common materials in furniture production). Its minimum processing size is 160mm×80mm, which covers the specifications of common components such as cabinet side panels and door panels in furniture manufacturing.
2. Functional Modules Pre-Milling Unit: Equipped with diamond double blades, Pre-Milling Unit function is to remove burrs from the edge of panels, so as to ensure the flatness of the panel edge before edgebanding.
Gluing System: Adopts fast-melting glue technology (e.g., PUR no-clean glue pot). Gluing System can control the amount of glue output, and adjust the gluing parameters according to the type of edgebanding material (such as the difference between solid wood strips and PVC tapes).
Tracking Chamfering Unit: Equipped with four motors, supporting 0-45° adjustable chamfer angles, which is used to process the corners of panels into rounded or beveled shapes.
Control System: Equipped with a 16-inch touchscreen and encoder. Operators can preset processing parameters for different products, and switch parameters with a single click during production.
