High Cutting Precision, Strong Stability  

To ensure long-term reliable cutting quality, we adopt a U-shaped integrated welded machine bed for the EP Series. Processed by CNC technology and strictly tested, the overall precision reaches ±0.2mm—even after months of continuous operation, the machine bed will not deform, fundamentally avoiding cutting deviations caused by vibration.  

For different processing needs, we match suitable main saw motors for different models: For example, the EP330 is equipped with a 15kW high-power motor, paired with a 380mm high-precision saw blade, which can easily cut large-size panels of 3300×3300×80mm and achieve “one-cut forming”. Even for 80mm thick particleboard or multi-layer boards, EP380 can maintain flat cuts with minimal edge chipping, eliminating the need for secondary trimming.

Intelligent Automation to Boost Efficiency  

In terms of automation design, we prioritize “reducing manual intervention and optimizing process smoothness”:  
 
CV Software Optimization Nesting System: This self-developed nesting tool can automatically generate the optimal cutting plan based on panel size and order requirements. For example, Excitech CV Software calculates how to arrange more workpieces on a standard panel and minimize waste, which can increase panel utilization to over 96% in practical applications. This saves 1-3 panels per day for customers and reduces long-term material costs significantly.

Full-process Data Connection: The equipment supports barcode recognition—scan the barcode on the panel, and the cutting parameters will be automatically retrieved, eliminating the need for manual repeated input. At the same time, barcode can connect to the factory’s MES system, enabling automatic data flow from order splitting to cutting execution, avoiding problems such as “manual parameter input errors” and “order information disconnection”.

User-friendly Design for Easy Operation  

We believe that a good piece of equipment should not only be powerful but also “easy to use and protective of panels”:  

Air Floating Tabletop: Dense air holes are arranged on the tabletop. When activated, Air Floating Tabletop generates an air flow of 150L/min, gently “lifting” the panel.

This makes Air Floating Tabletop almost effortless for operators to push the panel, saving labor and preventing the bottom of the panel from being scratched by the tabletop—especially suitable for high-end panels such as high-gloss panels and skin-feel panels that are prone to scratches.  

Safety Protection: Safety guardrails and emergency stop buttons are added to the equipment. In case of accidents during processing, the machine can be shut down quickly to ensure the safety of operators.
