We added an air-floating tabletop to this saw to minimize friction damage. That way, your raw materials stay in great shape from the start.

Our EF666 series fully automatic edge banding machine is built tough—with steel rails and beams—so it holds up to long, high-intensity workdays.
It runs at 20-26m/min for edge banding, with an accuracy of ±0.1mm. Every panel gets a smooth, consistent edge, no exceptions.
We added an automatic glue spindle cleaning function here, which is a big help when processing particleboard (since it generates more debris). Once panels are banded by this machine, you can send them straight to the packaging line—no secondary work needed, saving you time and labor.
4. Laser Edge Banding Machine: High-End Finish for Premium Products
If you need high-end edge banding results, our laser edge banding machine is the one for you. Excitech CNC Laser edgeband machine uses a 3kW rectangular homogenized light spot system that delivers top-tier performance.
Laser edgeband machines glue-free edge banding process wipes out glue lines completely, and the surface flatness is on par with imported equipment—perfect if you’re making premium furniture.

Our high-speed six-sided drilling machine comes with our exclusive “frog-jump algorithm.” This lets its dual drill packs run at over 92% utilization, hitting a production capacity of 3,400-3,800 panels per 8 hours.
This drilling machine automatically separates corner scraps and sends them to a waste bin. That keeps debris from messing with later processes—including packaging.
