The machine runs a full edge banding sequence automatically:
Servo infeed fence → Spray separate agent → Pre-milling → Pre-heating → Quick-change glue pot → Servo tape infeed → Servo pressing → R1&R2 radius servo fine trimming (with nesting bridge) → R1&R2 radius profile scraper (with nesting bridge) → End cutting → Corner rounding → Flat scraper → Spray clean agent → Buffing.

To further improve efficiency, the EF480 can be paired with an edge banding return line. After processing, panels are automatically conveyed back to the start of the line. This eliminates manual handling of finished boards, reduces waiting time, and allows the machine to run continuously at higher output.
