We have equipped the production line with standard functions such as automatic labeling, intelligent nesting, automatic tool change, and automatic dust removal. The intelligent nesting algorithm, independently developed by us, increases material utilization by more than 5%, directly saving raw material costs for customers. The automatic tool change system responds quickly without manual supervision, capable of stably cutting 130 large panels within 8 hours—15% higher than the industry average efficiency. More importantly, one production line can reduce handling labor by 90%, and a single robot can replace the workload of about 2 workers, significantly alleviating the labor cost pressure on customers.

We deeply understand that the core of production equipment lies in stability and precision, so we never compromise on hardware selection. The core components of the production line are all international well-known brands: imported Italian spindles ensure the stability of high-speed cutting, Japanese servo systems provide precise power control, and Schneider Electric guarantees the safety and reliability of the circuit system. With the collaborative cooperation of these high-quality components, our production line achieves a processing precision of ±0.02mm, fully meeting the high-precision processing requirements of custom furniture.

To solve the common processing challenges of narrow panels and offset workpieces in panel furniture production, we have specially developed a vacuum adsorption table and palletizing algorithm. Even 5cm narrow panels can be stably grasped, avoiding falling or processing errors during production. Meanwhile, adhering to the modular design concept, customers can flexibly add 5-axis machining units or flexible production modules according to their business development needs, easily adapting to small-batch and multi-variety order requirements without replacing the entire production line.
