G60W full automated workflow covers every step: servo positioning fence (with optional automatic thickness detection) → pre-spraying → pre-milling → hot air treatment → laser edge banding → dual-color no-clean PUR application → 4-channel servo belt feeding → servo pressing → horizontal end trimming → rough trimming → full servo fine trimming → 4-motor corner rounding → servo scraping → thread cutting → floating flat scraping → post-spraying → dual polishing. You won’t need extra manual steps to keep production moving.
