G60W Standard Version
The G60W standard version is equipped with full sets of professional working stations, including servo infeed fence, optional panel thickness automatic detection, pre-spraying agent, pre-milling, hot air gun, laser edging unit, dual-color no-clean PUR system, servo four-channel tape feeding system, servo pressing unit, servo horizontal end cutting unit, rough trimming unit, 1.1kW full-servo fine trimming unit, four-motor corner rounding unit, full-servo profile scraping unit, thread breaking device, floating flat scraping unit, post-spraying unit and double buffing unit. Full-servo control on all core stations ensures stable and reliable operation for complex and diversified processing tasks.
G60WE Simplified Version
The G60WE simplified version reserves all core practical processing functions. The G60WE simplified version adopts servo single-channel tape feeding structure and retains laser edging function, dual-color PUR gluing system, servo horizontal end cutting, servo fine trimming and servo profile scraping modules. The G60WE simplified version balances stable performance and reasonable cost, becoming a cost-effective solution for factories with conventional narrow edge processing demands.

Production switching only requires one-click formula recall. Vertical and Horizontal Heavy-duty Servo Tool Adjustment
The G60W series is equipped with multi-directional heavy-duty servo tool adjustment structure. The independent servo adjustment system adapts to thin and thick edge band tapes. The precise servo control maintains stable trimming quality during frequent switching of different panel specifications and edge band thicknesses.
3kW Rectangular Spot Laser + Dual-color No-clean PUR Dual Process
We configure 3kW rectangular spot laser edging unit and dual-color no-clean PUR system for the G60W series. Factories can switch two processing technologies according to actual production needs. Laser edging unit achieves glue-line-free seamless edge finishing for high-end panels. Dual-color PUR system supports flexible color matching and provides reliable moisture-proof performance for daily mass production.

The G60W series stably supports processing of 40mm narrow panels. The G60W series adapts to customized furniture production with narrow strips, notched panels and hinge hole panels.
