Maintenance and cleaning of CNC Drilling machine in holidays.

1. Return each axis to the original point and back up the system and CAM, complete the controller software, and put the compressed package into a USB flash drive or computer.

2. Clean up the dust and impurities on the machine table, table top, drag chain, lead screw, rack and guide rail with gas, then brush the rack and guide rail with lubricating oil (machine tool guide rail oil ISO VG-32~68 machine oil) to ensure that there is oil on the guide rail and rack of each shaft, and drain the water in the oil-water separator in the bed.

3. Clean the impurities on the surface of the drilling rig with gas. The gear box of numerical control drilling rig needs to be filled with lubricating oil from the filler: 5cc Krupp L32N lubricating grease.

4. Cut off the power supply of the distribution box, and clean up the dust in the distribution box by vacuuming (note: do not blow directly with gas, raising dust will lead to poor contact of electronic components). After cleaning, put desiccant in the cabinet.

5. After the whole machine is cleaned and maintained, the equipment shall be properly covered with a smock to prevent dust falling.
