Maintenance and cleaning of edge banding machine on holidays.
- The fuselage cleaning
- Clean the dust and impurities outside the machine with gas, and then clean the surface oil with a rag.
- Chassis vacuumingCut off the power supply of the distribution box, clean the dust in the distribution box with a vacuum cleaner (note: household vacuum cleaner) (note: do not blow directly with gas, raising dust will lead to poor contact of electronic components), and put desiccant in the chassis after cleaning.
- Nozzle oilFill the oil nozzle of the transmission part with lubricating grease.
- Apply greaseGrease the rotating parts of the machine.
- Spray rust removerSpray rust inhibitor on the iron parts that are easy to rust to prevent rust.
- Save the sealing tapeRemove the temporarily unused edge banding and keep it properly.
- Check the fast melting /PURClean up the residual glue.
- Check the rubber potStop heating to prevent glue sticking.
- Gas tank drainageDrain the gas storage tank.
- Overcoat coatingAfter the whole machine is cleaned and maintained, the equipment shall be properly wrapped with a smock to prevent dust falling.
