Maintenance and cleaning of packing machine in holidays.

1.The fuselage cleaning
Clean the dust and impurities outside the machine with gas, and then clean the surface oil with a rag.

2. Chassis vacuumingCut off the power supply of the distribution box, clean the dust in the distribution box with a vacuum cleaner (note: household vacuum cleaner) (note: do not blow directly with gas, raising dust will lead to poor contact of electronic components), and put desiccant in the chassis after cleaning.

3.Nozzle oilFill the oil nozzle of the transmission part with lubricating grease.

4. Apply greaseGrease the rotating parts of the machine.

5. Spray rust removerSpray rust inhibitor on the iron parts that are easy to rust to prevent rust.

6. Overcoat coatingAfter the whole machine is cleaned and maintained, the equipment shall be properly wrapped with a smock to prevent dust falling.
