Preparations for starting up after the holiday
After the festival, check the installation of each trunking and bridge to prevent the cable from being bitten by rats;Dust and wipe all photoelectric switches before starting the equipment.
When starting work after the holiday, first take an NC program to raise the knife and run it for about 5 minutes, so that the machine can have a running-in stage, and don’t work just after starting up.
After the festival, check the belt wear, photoelectric fixing and wiring of drum line, and reserve common accessories.
- Check whether the wires and cables inside the fuselage and chassis are cracked or not to prevent the cables from being bitten by rats.
- Dust and wipe all photoelectric switches before starting the equipment.
- Clean the grease on the equipment guide rail and rack.
- Then, start the feeder, and then check whether the air pressure of the air source and the triplet are normal and whether there is air leakage.
- Let the equipment start idling and low-speed running-in for about 10 minutes.
- After preheating the running-in machine, check again whether there is abnormal sound in the operation of each mechanism.
- If there is no abnormal sound, normal production can be started.
