Spanish Team Visits EXCITECH Guangdong Base for Full Servo Edgebander & Intelligent Packaging Line Training

Recently, EXCITECH’s Spanish technical team finished a multi-day professional training at our Zhaoqing production base in Guangdong.
The training focused on two core product lines: full servo edgebanding machines and intelligent packaging systems. With technical lectures, on-machine practice and on-site communication, the overseas team improved product knowledge, operation skills and after-sales service ability, and strengthened EXCITECH’s global technical service network.

Our technical team introduced core advantages of full servo edgebanding technology, including full servo drive, heavy-duty steel beam & rail structure, servo adjustment-free function, as well as laser & PUR edgebanding, framed door panel and notched panel processing.
The Spanish team operated our flagship G70 full servo edgebander and G60W narrow panel edgebander on site. They highly appreciated the machine’s high precision, efficiency and stable performance, and understood EXCITECH’s concept: focusing on full servo edgebanding to realize truly adjustment-free production.
The team also visited the intelligent packaging workshop, experienced carton making machines, high-speed sealing machines and complete packaging lines. They confirmed intelligent packaging can improve delivery efficiency, reduce labor costs and standardize finished product management.
During practical training, agents completed commissioning, parameter setting and troubleshooting drills. They discussed local market demands and customer pain points with engineers, and optimized customized automation solutions for global markets.
