The material pressing mechanism is composed of pressure wheels, one big wheel (main power) and four small pressure wheels (passive wheels, no power).
The high-precision large pressure roller works synchronously with the gluing wheel to ensure the compaction effect, and the small pressure roller is divided into three upper and lower cone wheels and a straight wheel, and the upper and lower cone wheels ensure the adhesion between the edge banding belt and the edge of the workpiece.
Each pressure wheel can adjust the angle independently to reduce the glue line. Both the large and small rollers have independent pressure control valves.
