Why does 588GW first rough trim, fine trim, and edge scraping, followed by corner rounding end trimming?
1.When the corner rounding end trimming immediately after pressing, sometimes the glue hasn’t set yet, and the head can pull the edge banding and the board apart. By positioning the corner rounding end trimming after, it allows the glue to fully set before trimming the head and end, reducing the likelihood of the edge banding separating from the wooden board.
2.Fine trimming and edge scraping can sometimes result in skipping or vibrating at the cutting point, especially during high-speed operation. By trimming the edges before head and tail trimming, the excess edge banding can eliminate some of the initial vibrations or skips in the trimming process.
3.Edge scraping creates scraping threads. By positioning the corner rounding end trimming after, these threads will detach from the wooden board along with the head and tail trimming, thus eliminating the influence of the scraping threads on subsequent workstations. This prevents the polishing from getting tangled with threads, significantly reducing the likelihood of damage to the polishing motor.
Placing tracking after edge trimming can correct some minor corner biting or chipping issues in the trimming process. There is no need for an additional wire breaking mechanism.
