For Mu Zhilan Henan Base’s Industry 4.0 smart production project, we at Excitech CNC focused on two key things: our full solution and core equipment. We provided professional support every step of the way—from technical setup to getting equipment running—to help build an “unmanned” smart production model for custom home goods.  

1. Our Full Solution: Linking Every Step of Production  

We tailored our solution to Mu Zhilan’s custom wardrobe production needs. We connected all production steps—from cutting panels and edge banding, to drilling, sorting, kitting, palletizing, and packaging.  

With a standard smart production line, data flows smoothly between each step, so production stays steady. We also used smart controls to keep quality consistent at every stage, making sure the final products meet Mu Zhilan’s high standards.  
  

2. Our Core Equipment: Making Unmanned Production Work  

To fit Mu Zhilan Henan Base’s smart production needs, we provided several of our key equipment models:  

Nesting Cell + Robot Loading System: This setup uses automated loading and precise cutting, so less manual work is needed. It processes raw materials efficiently and ensures accuracy for the next steps.  

EF588 Edgebanding Cell: Our EF588GW edgebanding tech gives panels smooth, durable edges—perfect for Mu Zhilan’s custom wardrobes that need good looks and quality.  

High-Speed CNC Drilling Cell: Six sided drilling machine has two drill packs and automatic tool change, so no one has to switch tools by hand. This speeds up drilling and keeps hole positions accurate—great for custom furniture that needs different hole sizes.  

Robot Sorting Unit: Instead of people sorting panels, this uses automated 3D sorting. Robot Sorting correctly sorts panels by size and order, cutting down on mistakes and labor costs.  

Smart Packaging Line: At the end of production, this line handles packaging automatically—carton machine counts finished products, stacks them neatly, and packs them precisely. It connects smoothly with the equipment upstream, finishing the full smart production loop without manual help.
