Maintenance of equipment during holidays

The Spring Festival holiday in 2023 is about to open. Xinghui CNC warmly reminds all users that before the holiday starts, they should make a systematic inspection and maintenance of the equipment, keep the machine in a healthy state, and make full preparations for being put into production quickly after the holiday!

1. The main switch and sub-switch of the connecting equipment are closed, and the

central control computer is packed in plastic bags to prevent moisture.

2. The posture of each functional robot is in the original state of zero point, keeping the overall balance. The suction cups are packed in plastic bags, and the surface of the equipment is blown clean with gas.

3. The hanging curtain of each cache warehouse falls to the lowest state to reduce the stress.

1. The computer of the edge banding machine is packed in plastic bags to prevent moisture. There is no glue leakage when the pot is closed.
2. Connect the dust removal (vacuum cleaner) inside the central control cabinet

of each unit, clean the filter screen of air conditioner and fan, place desiccant inside to prevent moisture, and close the cabinet door.
