The Smart Carton Machine can receive panel size data and automatically cut cardboard according to actual specifications to achieve “on-demand packaging”. The automatic box sealing machine completes gluing, folding, and sealing operations without manual intervention. The unpowered roller packaging table is used for temporarily storing panels to be packaged, adapting to production rhythms.

During the whole process, panel size data is transmitted to the carton machine in real time through the system, eliminating manual measurement. The cut cardboard matches the panels accurately, reducing redundant consumables. The standardized box sealing process lowers the probability of panel damage during transportation. Currently, the packaging line can be equipped with 2-8 paper magazines according to the production capacity needs of furniture enterprises, adapting to production scenarios of different scales.
